These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wardrobe Store UK website and the purchase of our Premium 2 Door Wardrobe. Please read them carefully — by browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. About us and these terms
wardrobe-store.co.uk is operated by Bohzo Ltd (trading as Wardrobe Store UK), The Workspace Basildon, 7 High Pavement, Basildon, England, SS14 1EA (info@wardrobe-store.co.uk, +44 7775 554848). These terms apply to your use of the website and to every order you place with us. We may update them from time to time; the version in force when you order is the one that applies to that order.
2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 and able to form a legally binding contract to order from us. You agree to provide accurate account, contact and delivery details and to use the site only for lawful purposes.
3. Products and product information
We sell the Premium 2 Door Wardrobe — a white, freestanding flat-pack wardrobe with a full-length mirrored door, two soft-close drawers and a full-width hanging rail (approximately 180 x 80 x 50cm). We take care to describe and photograph it accurately, but images are for illustration, finishes and styling may vary slightly, and dimensions are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerances.
4. Price and payment
The Premium 2 Door Wardrobe is priced at £149.99 including VAT. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Payment is taken securely at checkout through our payment provider, Stripe; we accept major debit and credit cards and supported digital wallets. If a price is obviously incorrect we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Placing an order and order acceptance
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt, but a binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your wardrobe. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if the item is out of stock, payment is not authorised, or there has been a pricing or description error — and will refund any payment taken in full.
6. Delivery
We deliver free to all UK mainland addresses, typically within 3–5 working days, dispatched same or next working day and tracked to your door. Remote and offshore postcodes may take longer or carry a small surcharge shown at checkout. Full details are on our Delivery and Locations pages. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to your address.
7. Cancellation and returns
You have the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your wardrobe, and as a goodwill gesture we extend the return window to 30 days. Please see our Returns & Refunds page for how this works and how to start a return.
8. Faulty goods and your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your wardrobe is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms affects these statutory rights.
9. Warranty
Your wardrobe is covered by a 5-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use, in addition to your statutory rights. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, incorrect assembly, accidents, neglect, commercial use or normal wear and tear.
10. Assembly and safety
The wardrobe is supplied flat-packed with all fixings, clear instructions and a how-to video. It must be assembled following the instructions, and the supplied anti-tip kit must be fitted to secure it to a wall. We are not liable for damage or injury caused by incorrect assembly or failure to fit the anti-tip kit.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos and design — belongs to Wardrobe Store UK or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or do anything that could damage, disable or impair the site or interfere with other users.
13. Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses arising from your failure to follow the assembly, safety or care instructions. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the price paid for that order.
14. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example extreme weather, courier disruption, strikes, or supply shortages). If such an event occurs we will contact you and the time for performance will be extended.
15. Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
16. Complaints
If something is not right, please contact us at info@wardrobe-store.co.uk and we will do our best to put it right quickly. Most issues are resolved within a few working days.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
